This new retail business needed a fresh approach as they entered a very competitive market in Indonesia. We were asked to form a strategic marketing plan that would both provide a high profile launch campaign and then dedicated activity throughout the first 12 months of the company’s life. The plan was developed in close consultation with the corporate business partners and its sales team to ensure a successful integration and execution.
Outcome: Despite some initial hesitancy in taking a bold new approach this company has successfully differentiated itself away from cost in a very commodity driven market.
