GRIYA SANTRIAN RECEIVES CHSE CERTIFICATE FROM DENPASAR DEPARTMENT OF TOURISM

Sanur, February 2021… Griya Santrian is delighted to welcome guests back to the resorts, restaurants, and spa with a stamp of approval from Denpasar City’s Department of Tourism on October last year. While the CHSE (Clean, Health, and Safety & Environment) certification from Indonesia Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy is currently in progress.

Awarded with this Cleanliness, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability certificate, Griya Santrian is prepared to welcome guests back to a safe, healthy and comfortable environment. In order to receive such a certificate, the resort spent several months implementing several new protocols to create a welcoming holiday destination updated rules to ensure the strictest hygiene standards. Following is the complete update on the protocols, keeping guest safety top of mind.

  1. Hand wash area in the entrance and around the resort
  2. Hand sanitizer within the resort and inside room
  3. Thermo Scanner in lobby and thermo gun in restaurant for guests entering the resort. Should temperatures exceed 37,3 C, the guest will be notified and referred to medical facilities for further assistance.
  4. Masks for guests
  5. Visible information boards on health protocols
  6. Non-cash payment options
  7. Disinfect all equipment and facilities touched by guests and staff before and after use, and every 4 hours
  8. All staff to avoid physical contact when servicing guests
  9. Install a minimum 1m distancing for guest interaction, queue, seating arrangement, groups
  10. Follow business operational hours according to the policy set by the local government
  11. Train staff on health protocols including ethics on coughing and sneezing
  12. Establish a monitoring task force
  13. Prepare SOP for emergency cases

The staff is trained to perform contactless services, social distancing and mask wearing procedures and each member of the team is monitored daily to guarantee 100% health while serving guests.
