Ning’s Kitchen Unveils New Indonesian Street Food
Ning’s Kitchen in Batu Bolong Canggu is a celebration dedicated to showcasing Indonesia’s rich culinary heritage and serving new and authentic dishes. After being launched last year, this year Ning’s Kitchen is innovating by introducing three popular street food from Indonesia, which is bakso or meat ball soup, mi ayam or chicken noodles, and sate or satay, as well as the new signature menu, Nasi Goreng Belut or Fried Rice with Spicy Eel.
“We hope that visitors in Bali can become more familiar with Indonesian culinary delights. So that Indonesian culinary delights can become a magnet to attract more tourist arrivals,” said Wening Septianingsih, owner of Ning’s Kitchen. We are very proud to be able to serve the best and most authentic local Indonesian culinary delights. “And travelers can taste truly authentic Indonesian dishes. We don’t adapt them to international tastes. So, if the food tastes spicy, it will taste spicy,” she said.
Ning’s Kitchen is very passionate about local food, especially motherhood recipes. It is what makes it very special. The dining concept brings together Indonesian cuisine that is clean and wholesome, home-made food prepared fresh daily, no pork or lard and no MSG.
