The Spellbound Pumpkin features layers of spiced pumpkin mousse, pumpkin seed praline, orange crèmeux, and a pumpkin seed biscuit with crumble, harmoniously combined to deliver both comfort and sophistication in every bite.

“Our goal was to highlight the pumpkin in its entirety, from the flesh to the seeds, and transform it into a dessert that feels festive yet refined. The Spellbound Pumpkin is not just a sweet indulgence, but also a celebration of the cozy, playful spirit of Halloween,” said Chef I Komang Nuk Karmawan, the creative mind behind the dish.

Available throughout October, this seasonal delight is priced at IDR 70,000++ and invites guests to indulge in a truly unique treat that embodies the charm of Halloween.
