A sprawling open-air space surrounded by rice fields, accented with bamboo décor, comfy chairs, fans, and bold pops of colour, makes Sardine the perfect backdrop for conversations with your loved one. Executive Chef Wayan Suniardana showcases his signature style and cooking techniques bringing culinary innovation to a love inspired menu. This 5-course set menu features Chef Amuse-Bouche, Hamachi Rose Ceviche, Heart of Lobster Ravioli, Pan-Seared Tasmanian Salmon Fillet, Charcoal-Grilled Black Angus Tenderloin and Pavlova in love.

Pan-Seared Tasmanian Salmon Fillet – With smoked cauliflower mousse, spiced curry meunière, yogurt-charred grilled romaine, asparagus, parmesan coconut emulsion

Charcoal-Grilled Black Angus Tenderloin (120 g) – With golden butter pumpkin, caramelized baby carrots, béarnaise sauce, and beef jus
